May is always busy! With the end of the school year comes lots of celebrations, getting excited for summer adventures, and beautiful weather. Andy and the kids worked really hard on moving our garden further north and expanding it. Marie used her talents on our new sign too.
Baseball started in May - the boys love the game and have fun with Dad coaching them along the way.
Brooks loved the whole family watching him and cheering him along. He has a smile on his face the whole game.
Bennett worked so hard on his swing and made mom cry with an unforgettable play at first base.
First bike ride of the season as a family to watch the osprey at the nature center.
The end of school came quickly! The kids were blessed with amazing teachers and experiences once again. We are so thankful for our school.
Mom and Dad got dressed up to support a great cause with Nathan, Maxine, and Tina. We enjoyed a night away while Grandma Nel spoiled the kids.
Summer officially begins with the first trip to Arnold's Park. We celebrated Andy's birthday with a few rides, dinner at Maxwell's, and even a cold dip in the lake for the boys!
The end of May/Early June was chilly! Marie had her piano recital. We are blessed by her teacher who gives her all for the kids. Marie did so well and we are so proud of her for getting through some nerves for this performance.
We also got a new car! The van was good to us...but it was time to spread out so we purchased a suburban! The camera is pretty great to play with...Bennett...
We have to hang out with the monkeys!
